3.1 Feature:

TPR Kneader: This machine is designed for “TPR” granulated materials which is characterized by: Kneadering temperature  rise quickly, the mixing time is short, and high efficiency. 

EVA Kneader: Mixing chamber is forced cooled by pump circulating water, the material was kneaded at a constant temperature and the material evenly dispersed state.

SNF Foaming Kneader: It is used for forming plastic and forming rubber 

Hydraulic ram Kneader: There is constant pressure with ram for rubber. Can effectively improve the dispersion of various raw materials, increase the quality of mixing rubber.

EVA Kneader

This machine is used for EVA granulated material mixing, which is characterized by:

SNF Foaming Kneader

1.This machine is a new and high tech-equipment developed for the mixing of high or low ratio expanding for foaming rubber and plastics.

2.This machine possesses the automatically constant-temperature water supply system and the high and low pressure control device of ram.

3.This machine has the function of the time sequence control and temperature sequence control. 

4.According to customer ‘s need, the front or rear of frame feeding is optional.

Hydraulic ram Kneader

1.The ram, feed door, rotor dust stop and tilting can be controlled by hydraulic system. 

2.This machine have the smaller noise than pneumatic ram Kneader. 

3.There is constant pressure with ram for rubber. Can effectively improve the dispersion of various raw materials, increase the quality of mixing rubber. 

4.Reduce the power supply, cost saving and improve customer market competitiveness.
